Job Title: Procurement Category Manager – Estates
Location: Bristol (2 days a week onsite)
Term: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: £40k – £45k per annum
The Role
- Develop and implement category management strategies for allocated areas
- Lead end-to-end procurement processes, ensuring best value and compliance
- Support contract management and supplier performance monitoring
- Provide expert procurement advice and market analysis to internal stakeholders
- Drive sustainability, efficiency, and cost-saving initiatives
- Contribute to the organisation’s long-term strategic procurement plans
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in procurement, category management, or supply chain roles
- Strong knowledge of procurement regulations and contract management
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills
- Strategic thinking with the ability to identify and implement procurement improvements
- Professional procurement qualifications (e.g., MCIPS) or relevant experience
