A leading international law firm is seeking a Business Development Manager to join their Innovation team. In this role you will bring structure to complex initiatives, ensuring high-quality execution within budget and timelines.
The Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver projects across the practices within the department.
- Collaborating with key internal stakeholders as well as the wider Business Development team whilst also work independently on deliverables.
- Plan and execute projects of varying sizes, ensuring their successful delivery.
- Build project plans that define objectives, manage risks and guarantee quality control.
- Work with stakeholders to scope and structure projects.
- Track and communicate progress, chair meetings, and document decisions.
- Promote project management best practices and continuous improvement.
The Candidate:
- Experience in project management within a professional services environment (legal or accounting preferred).
- Prior exposure working across marketing and business development is highly advantageous.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, negotiation and problem-solving skills are essential.
Flexible working conditions are on offer: 3 days in the office / 2 days at home.
