Huge group company a 40+ product portfolio.
Flexible working, coupled with travel to other sites as required.
We’ve teamed up with Datamine, a global leader in technology solutions for sustainable and efficient mining operations. Based in Central Bristol, they operate as part of a much larger global network. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee information security risk assessments and mitigation plans.
- Establish and enforce cybersecurity policies, procedures, and standards.
- Lead incident response efforts, including investigation, resolution, and post-incident reviews.
- Monitor, analyse, and respond to threats across global IT environments.
- Manage security tools and technologies including SIEM, firewalls, antivirus, IAM, etc.
- Collaborate with IT teams and business units to embed security into projects and operations.
- Conduct regular training and awareness programs across global teams.
- Maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans with a security focus.
What skills will you need?
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, or related field.
- 7+ years of cyber security experience, preferably in a multinational software business.
- Strong understanding of enterprise security technologies and best practices.
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly desirable.
- Proven experience managing incident response and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Comfortable operating in complex, cross-functional environments.
What do you get in return?
There are a bunch of benefits on offer at Datamine, including:
