ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re seeking a Business Analyst with experience in transformation programmes (procurement, IT, or digital) to drive analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design. You’ll:
- Analyse and document business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and transformation
- Translate business needs into clear requirements and functional specifications
- Work closely with stakeholders across procurement, IT and business teams to ensure solutions meet strategic objectives
- Support change management through impact analysis, training materials and user documentation
- Provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making and measure success
- Tech Stack: JIRA, Confluence, SQL, and business intelligence tools (experience preferred)
ABOUT THE PERSON
- 3+ years in business analysis, with exposure to large-scale transformations (procurement, IT, digital or consulting)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in process mapping and requirements elicitation
- Problem-solver who can balance ideal solutions with practical constraints
- Excellent communicator – able to facilitate workshops and present findings clearly
