The Role

Are you able to offer high quality support, attention to detail and excellent customer service?

We have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join our Executive Education team as a Programme and Business Support. In this varied role you will provide support to the Programme, Business and Sales teams, solving issues and liaising with stakeholders while demonstrating excellent customer service.

This role requires the candidate to travel to campus 3-4 days per week

Main Responsibilities

  • Produce accurate programme materials to deadlines
  • Working with potential clients or customers to ensure they have a strong understanding of the programmes we offer
  • Provide outstanding business support to staff, enabling them to focus on selling
  • Designing and delivering world class learning experiences to Executive Education’s customers

  • Good communication skills and the ability to address a variety of stakeholders.
