The Corporate Relationship Manager serves as a strategic partner to Travel Counsellors, providing ongoing support, guidance, and resources to help them achieve their business goals.
You’ll focus on optimising operational performance, improving customer satisfaction, and increasing profitability through proactive problem-solving, training, and continuous business development.
Principal Accountabilities
Travel Counsellor Satisfaction & Retention: Maintain high TC satisfaction levels and minimise turnover.
Financial Performance: Ensure Travel Counsellors meet or exceed sales and profitability goals, collaborate with TCs to identify new and exciting business opportunities using the TC platform, be the conduit between Head Office and other departments, and support the roll-out of high-performance initiatives and sales training.
Operational Efficiency: Drive improvements in operational processes that result in higher efficiency and client satisfaction.
Compliance & Brand Standards: Ensure Travel Counsellors consistently meet or exceed brand standards and operational guidelines.
Training Effectiveness: Measure the impact of training programs on Travel Counsellor performance and cascade communications and business updates to TCs, ensuring alignment and clarity.
Adoption: Adopt all the available technology and tools, including Phenix, MyTC app, and MyTC client suite, and leverage the brand assets to position their business in the market.
